🔹 2. EduTech Training for Teachers & Administrators

Through both independent programs and strategic partnerships like the Edify EdTech Project, Sharebility Uganda has trained over 10,000 educators in digital skills and 21st-century teaching methods.

🏫 Edify EdTech Partnership

In collaboration with Edify Uganda, Sharebility has developed and implemented a comprehensive EduTech training program for teachers in Christian schools. The initiative aims to:

  • Equip teachers with digital pedagogy skills
  • Launch and support ICT Clubs in schools
  • Guide schools in developing School ICT Policies and EdTech Access Plans
  • Help teachers create local e-content for the new competence-based curriculum

🔧 The training is hands-on and aligned with our Sharebility EduTech Course Syllabus, covering modules on:

  • Basic ICT use in education
  • Content creation (videos, docs, presentations)
  • Using LMS platforms (Google Classroom, WordPress TutorLMS)
  • Digital safety, AI tools, and inclusive tech for learners with Special Needs

💡 Weekly follow-up sessions via “Have2Give” Zoom calls and WhatsApp groups ensure ongoing mentorship, sharing of resources, and peer learning.

🎯 Schools that complete the program are prepared to participate in EdTech Exhibitions, SESEMAT, NCC, and other innovation events.
