Sharebility Uganda, with support from the EduTech Teachers Network, is pleased to announce a one-day Teacher’s EduTech Workshop to be held on Sunday, 31st August 2025 at Dr. Obote College, Boroboro (Lira City).
This special workshop comes as a side event the day after WordCamp Lira 2025 (scheduled for 30th August at Lira Town College) and is designed to provide teachers with hands-on digital skills, tools, and resources to enhance teaching, learning, and school innovation.
🔑 Workshop Highlights
- Practical lab session on WordPress Full Site Editing (FSE) for building and managing school websites.
- Free sub-domain and cPanel hosting space for practice websites.
- Resources from the Teachers’ EduTech Course on ICT integration in pedagogy and school administration.
- Resources from the EduTech Clubs Course to support learners’ innovation projects.
- Access to customizable Report Card Software (v8.0) at a 50% subsidized rate.
- Logistics provided: breakfast, lunch, internet access, and certificates of participation.
💵 Participation Fee
UGX 30,000 per attendee (covers meals, venue, internet, training resources, and certificate).

- 09:00 – 10:30am: Hands-on WordPress for schools (FSE, LMS, Digital Libraries)
- 11:00 – 01:00pm: Sharebility EduTech Course (for all subject teachers)
- 02:00 – 03:30pm: Edify EdTech Clubs Course (for learners’ innovation projects)
- 03:30 – 04:00pm: Closing & certificates
